Hi, I'm Clo. Someone might already knew, my Engrish is sh*t and I posted videos and some info about RO Mobile on Youtube.

To avoid spoilers or the fun that the developers want you to enjoy , I might only post translations and hints (or screenshots) for some quests .

BUT if yo**eally can't complete the quest , you may reply under this post and let ppl help you.

★☆☆ Some basic things you need to know ☆☆★

►Where to switch your channel / server :

The north part of Izlude town.Check mini map for the location.
Note: It's free if it's your first time.It cost 99z after that per switching.

►Where to change your job :

The jobchanger building is located at Prontera.


Novice : Job 10
First job : Base 40 / Job 40
Second job : Job 40

►Where to check my stamina?

Note: More > Setting . The numbers beside 分钟 shows how many minutes you have battled. If you battle more than 300 minutes , your exp & drop rate will be less.

►Where to get my Autumn ** Giftbox?

Note : Talk to the Cat girl NPC, check 领取秋测礼盒. You may open the box every 10 levels.

►How to reset my stat/job points? Will I get reset after 2nd jobchange quest?

No, you wont get free reset after 2nd jobchange quest(also no for trans).You can get the STAT reset tool from the greenbag when you hit Level 30 ,skill reset tool when you hit Level 40 , or you could buy them from NPC (which very expensive so please use wisely).You can also get them after finish the quest of pyramid 2F.


Note: Red circle is stat reset tool.Blue circle is skill reset tool.
Double click the skill reset tool to use.
If you want to reset your stat, please to go the building which you go to when you do job changing.
And find this NPC.

► Where is the daily quests board? (level 12 to unlock)

You can find it at almost every main town. After you click into the board ,drag the screen ( left/right) for more quests!

► What is 魔潮? How is the 5x experience works?(level 22 to unlock)

If you want to find him at Prontera, he's right next to the daily quest board. He will give you 5x exp bonus in certain amount of EXP (So it limit the exp you get, not time you battle).
Note: You can get the bonus TWICE a day, and the bonus can be reserved to next time if you can't finish two in one day. It can hold up to 6 bonus maximum.

► Where is the auction guy and how to use it?

Note: This cool guy with sunglasses , he also appear in every town.

► How  to change the item shortcut?

Click the lower right ** after open your inventory.Drag the item down to put on it.

► Help! I can't understand the Valkyrie buff of guild..!

Note: You may use the yellow card with cross on it here..

► Help! I don't understand the setting..!

► Where can I take Autumn ** survey? What's the reward? Translations pls?

You may take Autumn ** survey once yo**each Mjolnir mountain. The survey NPC is located at the mountain top.

NOTE: He will send you to a website address to fill in the survey. The survey is quite long, it might take some time and made you disconnect from game hahahaha

secret: you may copy the website address to computer to fill the survey,but I can't post the address in public , so.. you know..

REWARD: Unique Maple headgear just like Summer ** ice-cream headgear..!

► Where to rent pecopeco/falcon?

You may rent your pecopeco just outside the jobchange building


You may rent your falcon on the way to Prontera west field

► How about the party menu?

► Is the card effect same with Pc version RO?

Some of them are the same but some of them are changed to fit in RO Mobile.

THE NOVICE QUESTS (yay welcome to the world)



Quest : Register as Adventurer
♦ Talk to B,塞尼亚 (green hair female novice)
♦ Talk to 艾琳 (the kafra stand in front of 塞尼亚)
♦ Talk to the female knight NPC (A,宝雅)
Reward : Novice knife & egg shell

♦ Talk to 1,伯尼 (the first male NPC on your left) to begin your first **.

1st ** :find 波伊
♦ The quest list on the right of your screen will give you hint..!

♦ Click it and it will show hints on your mini map.

♦ 波伊 (A poring NPC with rabbit ears) will ask you to use Deadbranch.
♦ Go to a certain spot that shows on your mini map, and use the deadbranch that appear on lower right of your screen.

♦ 3 porings will be summoned, just kill them all.
♦ Use another deadbranch on another spot, kill the big poring that appeared.
Reward: Novice cloth
♦ Back to 波伊 (the poring NPC with rabbit ears)
♦ Back to starter NPC 1,伯尼

♦ Talk to 2,伯顿 (the second male NPC) to begin your second **.

2nd ** : find 拉比丝
♦ Talk to 班尼 (the blacksmith NPC,shows on map too)
♦ Go to a certain spot that shows on your mini map, and press the button that appear on lower right of your screen (there's a lunatic on the pic).
♦ Kill 3 lunatics that appeared.
♦ Go to another spot that shows on mini map, press the button and kill the huge lunatic.
Reward: Novice boots.
♦ Back to 班尼(the blacksmith NPC)
♦ Go to another spot to find 拉比丝 (shows on map)
♦ Give it the ribbon (press lower right button)
♦ back to 班尼 again (the blacksmith NPC)

♦ Back to starter NPC 伯顿(the second male NPC)
Reward: some zeny,potions, and new emotion

Quest that sudden appeared : Learn how to add status points
♦ Talk to 宝雅 (the female knight NPC) again.
♦ Click your character's avatar on the top left side .
♦ Follow the hints.
Note: Your novice's stat points still be reset after you change to first job, so don't worry, just put whatever is easy for you to play when you're novice..!!

3rd ** : Make a headgear
♦ Talk to A,宝雅 (the female knight NPC) again
♦ Option 1 : Poring hat
   Option 2 : Romantic Gent

♦ Collect 2 White herbs (harvest the plants, hints show on map when you click on quest)
♦ Collect 2 Yellow herbs (same as above)
♦ Collect soft fur (quest items, only show on quest  list, wont get into your inventory) from Fabres.
♦ You will need another 5 Feathers & 5 Jellopies to make the headgear.

♦ Back to 宝雅 (the female knight NPC)
♦ Talk to Miss Smile (the npc that has chatroom appear on her head, you can see her when you harvest the plants)
♦ Back to 宝雅 (the female knight NPC)

Final ?
♦ Back to A,宝雅 (the female knight NPC)
♦ She will check if you done all the **s and registered as adventurer.
♦ If you talk to 2,伯顿 (the second male NPC) now, he will tell you to click on the mini map, the "!" marks on the map means there's a quest there.

Hidden quest : Play dead
Play dead is very useful , you can still use it even you're not novice anymore..!
it's very helpful for some weak classes, so it's highly recommended to learn it for survival
You may find the NPC here (south field of Pront,see my screenie for location).

♦ Talk to him and choose the second option
♦ Keep talking until you get the skill...!
btw... If you keep play-deading.. your character will actually fall asleep lol...

Sub quest with free items: Make your wish with 4 leaf clover



♦ Talk to 圣帕垂克 (male high priest)
♦ Kill lunatic until you get the 4 leaf clover.(drop with blue name)
♦ Talk to 圣帕垂克 (male high priest) again
♦ Kill the monster.
♦ Talk to 圣帕垂克 (male high priest) again
♦ Talk to 艾琳 (the kafra)
♦ Talk to 圣帕垂克 (male high priest) again
♦ Keep proceed
♦ Choose circle.
♦ Talk to 圣帕垂克 (male high priest) again
♦ Keep proceed
♦ Choose circle.
♦ Now you will see 4 options :
A,带来财富 (Fortune)
B,带来荣誉 (Honour)
C,带来爱情 (Love)
D,带来健康 (Health)

A will give you 2000 Zeny , B will give you "The prove of faith"(guild use only, give you buffs ,need guild base to proceed, talk to Valkyrie in ur guild base to use) , C will give you a ticket to FerrisWheel (which located at Goblin Forest), D will give you 10 red potions & 10 blue potions

Other sub quests of Prontera South Field are very easy to do, just follow the hints and clicky clicky

【A MUST HAVE skill that you need to get first no matter what】



This adventure skill will let you detect the monsters near you and let you kill the ONLY MONSTERS you choose!!

How to use:
Hold your auto-attack button for a few sec , then you will see something show up



Then you can choose which monsters you want to kill..!!

Now you ask.. where to learn it?


You can learn it from the Adventurer master ..(with 1 adventure point and 1k zeny) located at north part of Prontera

Some bard quests that many people asking for translations :



休郎克 : Buy "发箍图纸" from headgear NPC in Prontera
固特伊：Buy "乐园团帽子图纸"from headgear NPC in Prontera

Note: The quests are asking you to bring the Recipe.. Not the headgear.. so you no need to make the headgear .. just buy the recipe and bring them to the bards.

★☆☆ Refine ** ☆☆★

强化 Basic refinement (or strengthen) : Around level 15+ (forgot)
精炼 Advanced refinement (like classic RO) : Lv30
附魔 Enchantment : Lv35+ (forgot too lmao)

♫♫♫Basic refine (strengthen)♫♫♫

Basic refine unlocked when you get in Prontera and done the ** quest that armor dealer show you.
You can do it anytime ,just click your inventory and click the "强化" button.


You can strengthen as much as you can depends on your level. （You may strengthen your gears to lv20 if you're level 20 , the maximum level of ur basic refinement is followed by your character's level.）
Note: It somehow makes you broke when your level is higher

♫♫♫♫Advanced refine(upgrade) ♫♫♫♫

(yes, the cling clang failed)

Advance refine unlocked when you're level 30.
You need Hollgrehenn(忽克连) to do the job for ya .(yep like classic RO)


You will need Oridecon or Elunium for that. And the bonus you get is different from strengthen ** (which only add up ATK or DEF or MATK etc).
Some special gears have their own bonus such as ignore a certain percent of target's DEF , reduce a certain percent of damage yo**eceive.. etc..

Note: It has safety level (not sure how many levels) , if your gear's broken, you need another same gear to repair it (that gear must not have any refinement or enchantment on it). Anyway this is another ** that somehow makes you broke too.

(It used to need Mora coin for that...Think they gonna complete this ** in OBT)

Unlock the ** with this kitty NPC (not sure what level tho, hahahahaha)



Click the "i" button for more info about what bonus you may get.

Yes, it's depend on your luck (IN REAL LIFE). So if you like gambling you can just play with it. I quit.


You may keep enchanting until you get the bonus you can, and click save. Click the blue cards thing for comparing.

►How to check your strengthen & upgrade level :

The upper number is strengthen level, the lower +number is the upgraded level.
Yea, the lower right corner is cardslot.

★☆☆ Smithing ** ☆☆★

(sounds like Sk*rim but.. watever)

Every town have their own smithing NPC and the gear you can make are DIFFERENT!!
(that's why you shouldn't trash your loots and the reason why all those loots are so high priced in auction)

Some of them have nice bonus stats or special effect (not this one , this is just an example I printscreen randomly lol) , ** them requires LOT of ingredients or some rare drops.. (that's why some ppl wont close the game lol.. they keep farming the ingredients until 300 minutes or more ,then switch characters to continue farming)

★☆☆ Slot adding ** ☆☆★

The slot-adding npc doesnt have chatroom on his head, so it's quite hard to look for him

★ New client of RO Mobile will be updated on Taptap & iOS , download it or not is optional.
★ Download speed of **flight is very unstable, so if you want renew your game client, please download when you are not in hurry.
►IF yo**enew your client◁
1.Your avatar hairstyle and color will now sync with your character's hairstyle and color(include NPC,character creation,haircut preview & adventurer book NPC dex)
2.Add a new credit when you open the game.
3.If other players overlapping with NPC , you will click on the NPC priority.
4.Optimized the interaction of wheat field at Payon.
5.Fixed the error when your character blinks.
6.Fixed the problem when you disconnected from server and back to login screen, but no responding after you clicked start game.
►Whether yo**enew the client or not◁
1. Adjust the zeny amount for refined gears when you're using auction.
2. Adjust the basic stat of Long Horn ,Bow of Rudra, and Mystic Bow
3. Temporary hide the "gear score" & "character score".
4. Adjust some INT & VIT of high level monsters.
5. Now the headgear recipes that sell by headgear npc can now be sold on auction(except those which need Adventurer Title to unlock).
6. You may now check if the item can be sold at auction by checking [Tips] > [Auction price: Can't be trade]
7. Lower the droprates of [Monster tranforming scrolls].
8. Adjust the monster's AI in "Cracks(fracture/fissure/watever-u-call-the-blue-lightning)",guild dungeons,and endless tower.
9. Adjust the skill effect of Provoke : The one that had been provoked will change the target and also use skills other than normal attack.
10.The price of "Mora coins(Use for enchantment)" that sold by event dealer will now adjust to 20k Zeny (used to be 10k Zeny).

13.Requirement to become the helper : ONLY IF you COMPLETED the contents. (ex: You done the cracks , and party with your friend that hasn't complete the crack, help your friend complete them, and you will get the friend coins. )
14. You can use Friend coins to trade the Mora coins with cat NPC (the enchantment NPC).
15. Max amount of friend coins : 500 weekly.

21. Fixed the skill [sanctuary] which can't deal any damage on Bongun, Drake, and Osiris.(Now you can deal dmg on them with sanctuary)
