Can someone translate this in proper english? (I dont speak Chinese) google translate is not good

So from what I understand the formula has been revised.

The higher the target's vitality (vit) the higher the damage. But what does this mean? 最低为目标体质/50

Is the damage still being divided by 50?

I think it's a piecewise function.
I said my understanding.
For example, vit = 100，
when100>x>75  ( x-75)/40
when75>x>50 (x-50)/45
whenx<50 x/50;
so 100/50 become 50/50+(75-25)/45+(100-75)/40
high vit damage is up;
just my thought;
